![Fly-half Priestland to have knee op]()
SCARLETS fly-half Rhys Priestland is to undergo an operation on the knee injury that ruled him out of Wales's tour of South Africa this summer. Priestland was helped off late on in the Scarlets' Pro12 victory over the Blues last weekend and scans have shown he needs an op to remedy the ligament damage. Scarlets head of medical Andrew Walker said that the Wales international is expected to return to pre-season training in mid to late August. Priestland won't be on his own in the rehab group.
